We are proud to offer free delivery on orders over £99. For orders below this amount, a £9.99 delivery charge applies. Some areas in Scotland may incur a small additional fee.
Shipping Information
Orders placed before 11 AM qualify for next working day delivery for most postcodes, except for Ireland, Northern Ireland, certain Scottish postcodes, and offshore islands. Enter your postcode at checkout to view pricing and estimated delivery times.
We use our own fleet of vehicles and trusted furniture couriers. Mattresses and divan beds are delivered to your room of choice via a two-person delivery service.
PayPal Orders
When ordering through PayPal, you will be redirected to their platform, and your default PayPal address will be used for shipping. This will override any address entered on our checkout page. Please ensure your delivery address is correct within PayPal before completing the transaction.
Order Amendments & Cancellations
Once your order has been processed and you have received a Dispatch or Collection Confirmation email, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Standard Delivery
VK Solutions LLC is committed to fast and reliable delivery, with most website orders delivered within a week—making us one of the quickest online retailers!
Since we manufacture most of our divan beds and mattresses, we minimize wait times and provide a delivery calendar at checkout, allowing you to select your preferred delivery date for added convenience.
Weekend Delivery
We offer Saturday delivery for £27.50, payable at checkout.
At this time, we do not offer Sunday delivery.
Damaged Goods
Before signing for your delivery, please inspect the items for any damage or missing parts.
If you notice any issues, sign the delivery note as “damaged” or “missing” and report them to us within 48 hours by emailing info@lavidabeds.com. If reporting damage, please attach clear photos of the affected items.
Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your order before installation begins, as we cannot accept returns or claims once installation has started.
