Nestled atop the Ecofoam is a layer of reflex foam, this high density foam contours to your body shape as you sleep providing a cushioning to the pressure points throughout your body. As the Next Day mattress is single sided it wont require turning, however, we do strongly recommend that you regularly rotate the mattress to prolong its lifespan.
